About a Blog in May 2015

     January started the year off strong, it really felt as if things were moving forward in an amazingly positive way... lots of wonderful action leading to great results, opportunity showing up, freedom, flow and fun. I felt GOOD- physically, emotionally, spiritually. I was excited and it really felt like we were starting to see lots of positive movement in the physical world to lead into truly living a life of happiness and Divine Flow. I just really KNEW that 2015 would be the year where everything really starts showing up. It was a fantastic month. It felt so great to start the new year of on such a high.

 Then February hit and it was like hitting a brick wall. Those great opportunities didn't go anywhere, the fun dried up- no matter what I did, it just felt like nothing went anywhere.  And it wasn't only me - so many are getting hit this year with lots of releasing & very intense energies.. difficulties everywhere.  It's been hard, but I have my tools and I use them - this makes a world of difference in my experience. I see so many people - awesome shining lights- who are struggling and don't have the tools to use or else get so caught up in the struggle that the tools are forgotten.

What do I mean when I say 'tools' - I mean anything that improves your situation, helps you grow, helps you move forward or feel better. This can be sitting down for a chat with a friend, watching inspiring videos, listening to audios, doing energy work or any other sort of spiritual practice or simply taking time out to breathe.

What action can we take in the moment to shift things?  I am a very spiritual person yet I live in this physical world. I am here to be in this physical world... so, while a lot of what I do is energetic/spiritual in nature, I also always find myself looking for ways to bring that into my physical world in a practical way.

Every day I feel more guided to do more with this blog and while I still have some resistance, I am stepping out of my comfort zone to get this done anyway. So many of us do feel alone in our journey, in our struggles. So many are waking up with a desire for more yet no idea where to start or how to go about it.  I feel it is so important to have others to share with - to have that support- to know that we aren't alone in it all.  I can help and I do have a lot of experience to share.  

My intention for this blog is that it be a place to share my journey, my observations and my experiences.. that it may help someone else in some way and help bring more light to the world  My friends in Spirit will make an appearance now and then as well.  I intend to let this grow and evolve as I do - to be open to what comes. I intend to always perceive the Light and to shine that out for others.  Hopefully one day it will evolve into a community as well where we all feel safe to share, grow and shine our lights into the world.. to Re-Member who we are in Truth.

RESURRECTION SUNDAY - THE CELEBRATION OF EASTER 

Begins at Sunrise all over the World

Humanity and ALL Life evolving on this sweet Earth are in the midst of the most powerful Eclipse Series we have ever experienced. This extremely rare Celestial alignment began with the Super New Moon Solar Eclipse and the Equinox on March 20, 2015, and will be exponentially expanded during the Passover Blood Moon Eclipse on April 4th and the Celebration of Easter on Resurrection Morning April 5, 2015.

On March 20th, through the Celestial Portal of Suns beyond Suns beyond Suns, the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Violet Flame from the very Heart of our Father-Mother God began flowing into the mental and emotional strata of Earth in higher frequencies than we have ever received. The I AM Presence within every man, woman, and child on this Planet absorbed that Sacred Fire and began utilizing it to cleanse and purify the negative thoughts, words, feelings, actions, memories, and beliefs each person’s fear-based human ego has been either deliberately or inadvertently empowering for aeons of time. This cleansing process is a critical facet of our Ascension process and must be God Victoriously accomplished before the patterns of Divine Love, Oneness, and Reverence for Life that are associated with the New Earth can tangibly manifest in our daily lives.

Wake Up

    A few months ago a friend recommended that I watch a documentary called Wake Up by filmmaker Jonas Elrod (can be seen on Netflix streaming). Jonas wakes up one day and starts seeing energy - angels, demons, spirits of all sorts, auras, etc. This sends him on a journey of awakening to find out just what is happening to him and why. His search spans both the scientific and spiritual communities while also showing the growth and struggle within his own relationships.

   I love this documentary for many reasons but a big one is for the realness of it.  Spiritual awakening can be very difficult. Most of us don't just wake up one day knowing all the answers,  It can be so different for each of us but we usually go through a period of destruction of the old to bring about the new- lots of change takes place throughout all parts of our lives. This can happen in subtle ways that we may not even recognize in the moment or in those great big moments that change our lives in an instant. So I just love that Jonas was able to show so much of it - the fear & doubt as well as the amazing growth and opening. It is so important for those of us who are going through an awakening process to know that we aren't alone.. that this is a wonderful adventure.. yes, maybe challenging at times but so very worth it.  It is so important for us to be willing to allow the whole journey without denying those parts of ourselves that aren't 'perfect' - whatever that may mean to us or those around us. It can be beautifully messy and take you to your most vulnerable places- but that brings the light. It allows the Truth to shine out as we express ourselves as we truly are. Be willing to be open and vulnerable, messy and brilliant- allow the miraculous to show itself in those small moments of grace.

Know that your journey is worthy, no matter how it presents itself. . and your awakening is the best thing for you and for the world.  Dare to wake up.

Bringing the Light in 2015!

    2014 was a very challenging year for so many of us, myself included. It was also a year filled with growth, releasing and destruction of the old to make room for the new that is now on it's way in 2015.  For those of us who have been working so hard to be free of our 'junk' (anything holding us back from being our absolute best self) and move into a life filled with more Joy, Happiness and all around goodness, it does feel as if 2015 will be the year of the payoff- where those beautiful energetic seeds of our dreams that we have been so carefully nurturing finally sprout and take hold in this physical world - time for our gardens to BLOOM!  It is time to really start seeing more of the proof that we are indeed creating a New Earth where Light is the dominant force. It is time to really celebrate the Light that we are and shine it out into the World! Shine just by being YOU and bringing your unique frequency, talents & gifts to the world- whatever they may be.

This can feel so overwhelming when we look around and see so much chaos and destruction practically everywhere on the planet, but the old ways that are not working must break down so that we can create a new way that serves the highest good.  We are making a difference with each step we take, no matter how small it may seem. Keep going! We can never know what a massive difference we are making and just how close we are to having what we are working towards show up.  Let go of the doubt and trust trust trust... keep going and know that you are not alone!

I know that when we are in the thick of it, it is hard to see the progress being made. This awakening into consciousness isn't for the faint of heart, but know that it is so worth it! We are almost there.

So keep shining your Light and putting one foot in front of the other... life unfolds step by step. Open yourself up to the power of the universe and say YES to having it support you in your life. Let's make 2015 our best and brightest year yet!

The struggle with Forgiveness

   
    Forgiveness is something that comes up a lot in spiritual and religious communities. We are taught that we must forgive to move forward, to be 'enlightened', to get to Heaven, even to be a good person etc - so much programming and conditioning around it. How many times do we hear that we should just forgive and move on? What about truly evil acts such as the attack on school children in Pakistan recently?

  What if we just can't get there, at least not right away? Does that make us wrong or 'not spiritual enough'?  I don't think so.  I do think that it can be very healing to come to a place of forgiveness especially when there is responsibility taken and true sincerity involved... this can be wonderful, liberating and transformative for all involved.  But I also feel that it can do great harm to push forgiveness on someone who has just been through trauma.  Much support and healing is required before forgiveness can even begin to come into play. Some of us may never get there but that does not mean that we are 'wrong' or should be made to feel guilty or shamed. It does not mean that we aren't 'spiritual' or good people.

How do we define Forgiveness? Should we be seeking acceptance instead?

My review after reading : This book is a lovely gem that is worth returning to again and again. It is filled with exercises, energy releases and examples from Michelle's own life on how to truly love yourself and create a better life. She makes this whole process easy to understand and fun. This book is also unique in that it contains powerful energy that works to change your life for the better just by reading or even having it nearby. Just looking at the cover fills me with Divine Love. I've found that each time I go back, I gain a new level of understanding and discover something new. It is a true treasure.

Profound statement! So how do we choose? You just do it. Don't be afraid to choose and then choose something different. Move- take action.  Movement shifts energy.

Resistance

 I started this blog way back in 2010 with the intent to document my journey in life, specifically my spiritual awakening and all that goes with it. My resistance and fear got the better of me and it's been dormant until now. You'd think it would be easy to just sit down and write, then hit publish but it's not been easy for me to get on with it. I do a lot of offline journaling and have had websites and blogs in the past so it's something that comes relatively naturally to me. However, it makes me feel very vulnerable to put myself out there in this way when it comes to my spiritual life and work. I've not been well received in my life.. I've not felt safe to express this side of me. It's been a big stumbling block when it comes to stepping fully into my life purpose as this spiritual being, as a Healer and teacher . I know that I am on this planet now to express myself in all areas of my life, we all are. To step out of our fear, out of what we are conditioned to be and do.. and just be ourselves.. the truest expression of that. When we do that life opens up and we live our passions- we have more joy. It's been a long journey for me the past couple of years to uncover this for myself. Not that I haven't always been ME, I have- but I have also hid parts of me away. When it comes to writing and sharing these parts, I can come up with all sorts of excuses, all seeming very valid at the time. This is the way of resistance. The strongest of them are :

* I don't have time- yes, I am busy but I can always make time for something that is important to me, if I am willing,

* No one will read it or care- could be true but so what? If only one person reads it and gets something out of it, if only to make them think or look at the world in a different way - then I've done something. And it's about expressing myself anyway. It's worth the risk just to express. To put it out into the world.

* People will read it but will react negatively - it's not safe! Again, so what? I'm a big girl. I've already had this happen in just about every form possible at some point in my existence - I survived. 

So resistance be damned, I am going to start posting again. Those who have made it this far, thank you for reading, if you stick around and see that I am not posting regularly, call me on it. It's time to get myself out of the spiritual closet. This is another step in the right direction. This year we have entered The Golden Age. It is time for everyone to step it up and start living what we came here for, whatever that may be.  So if there is something you are struggling with, if there is resistance keeping you from moving forward into the life that you truly desire - push through it and go for it. Your next step to living the life of your dreams is just outside of your comfort zone!
